Once she had the chance to, Ashley went back to Diamond City and gathered up a few spellbooks and her devilish sidekick, Red, and found herself a permanent home within EBA Headquarters. It's been tough to adjust, but she's slowly learning to deal with other people. She's not much for the musical aspect (save for when she can make dramatic entrances using some weird theme song) but is more than happy to serve as a magical consultant, as well as eagerly opening portals to send others out.

She makes frequent visits to Tazmily, though usually doesn't head out unless prompted to. There are a decent amount of ways to get in touch with her. She's learning to use the EBA-provided phone to stay in contact with her former campers, and will typically reply to letters and whatnot whenever prompted.

Clarice was always pretty harmless, but now she's kinda armless to match. She primarily has one replacement, but this can be swapped out with others as well. She's sticking around with the EBA - at least for now. Honestly, she's kind of there for the rent-free housing and the decent-tasting muffins Commander Kahn bakes in his spare time. But she's learning how to find herself, which is something, even after she tried to frame someone for murder.
Unlike many, Alastor had turned down the offer to join the EBA, stating that he had his own responsibilities and that he didn't like working in structured organizations if he could help it. He'd left them his name for summoning if they needed help from an experienced magic user, told his friends how to use his name to contact him if they wanted to visit, and then disappeared without a trace, along with anyone who wanted to come with him.

Where had he gone? Home, of course. After two plots to kill him and others in a row, it was time for a vacation. Well, okay, after a quick detour to Clair's world to get a pokemon of his own...then it was vacation time. Not that he'd be opposed to visits from friends.

Luigi did end up joining the EBA, at least part time. However, for the first few months he stayed in the Mushroom Kingdom with his brother. Mario took the whole situation rather hard to the point where he started feeling uneasy when Luigi wasn't in his sights. And, well, Luigi couldn't in good conscious just leave Mario after vanishing for a whole month in a death game.

During the time he was home, he tried to keep in close contact with the students and sometimes even invited them over for lunch (and maybe a few Mario Parties because he still firmly believes that there's nothing despairing about those games). After all, it's the least he could do after all they've been through.

After a few months past though, he and Mario definately join the EBA in-between stopping Bowser/King Boo/The Villain of the Day. After all, they're already pretty used to traveling super long distances and who wouldn't need these amazing dancing skills?
Nope. Little Mac didn't accept the EBA's offer to join...at least for now. After all he had a dream, something he had trained for: his boxing career. That was his priority for, at least, the next few months.

If you ever went into his world it's very likely you woun't be able to find him...until you found announcements for his next fight. In which case you were more than welcome to join among the public! After the fight you're more than welcome to sneak around the halls of the stadium. You'll easily find his training room around, resting after a tough fight. Even if he's tired surely seeing you will give him some joy.

After he finally achieves the title of champion...and gets knocked out of it...he'll be ready to join the EBA! He'll have fulfilled his dream and will be looking for new goals. The ready would be more than welcome at that point.
